Pensacola Consulting Company Seeks  an Administrative and Sales Professional

Ballpoint Communications Group, a fast-paced consulting company, seeks a confident, enthusiastic, and detail-oriented administrative and sales professional. Three to five years of sales and customer service experience is a requirement, and education or public relations experience is a plus.  Fluency in a second language is also a plus. The hourly pay range is $13-$15 to start, depending on experience. There is the opportunity for advancement after a three-month probationary period. The successful candidate should be able to:

·         Write and speak English following generally-accepted business practices

·         Write content for social media and blogs

·         Make presentations in person and by phone or video

·         Take meeting notes and transcribe accurately

·         Organize office correspondence and records

·         Set up conference calls and video chats and manage staff calendars

·         Work up to 40 hours a week as a contractor during the three-month probationary period
